Why are we asking you to register?
In preparing for emergencies and disasters, our main concern is not only
the needs of our communities but also every member of our community.
In order to best serve the communities we target, it is important to know
a basic community census. What is the population, what are the
businesses within these communities, what services or products do they
provide, what schools, hospitals and housing are within the community
as well as basic knowledge of the how many members live within the
community. All of this information helps us determine how to best plan,
prepare for and respond to these events.
Where does my information go?
The information you provide, goes into C.H.A.S.T.E Inc data base. It is a
private and secure data base used solely for the purpose of establishing
and obtaining the right amount of space, equipment and funding to help
your community prepare itself for emergencies and disasters.
The information you provide is not passed on or sold to other companies
for solicitation, nor will it be used for any other reason, other than to
know the make up (Statistics) of our communities.
Who will use my information?
C.H.A.S.T.E. Inc., will use your information to set up and develop training
programs that will help prepare our communities for emergencies and
disasters.
In the event of an emergency or disaster, the information you provide will
help us communicate with the community, as well as locate and care for
members of the community who need special assistance, and most
importantly, before any emergency or disaster occurs, to identify, contact
and train members of the community who are willing to help secure their
community for emergencies and or disasters.
We do not report the information you provide to any police or city official.
In the event of sever emergencies and disasters your information may be
provided to local officials if you or members of your household cannot
be found or not heard from when contact has been attempted.
No one in C.H.A.S.T.E. Inc., its associates or members should ask you
personal and/or private information, such as social security numbers,
banking information, nor should they ask for payment to register.
If this occurs, if possible: get their names, the department they are
associated with, a contact number.

REGISTRATION IS FREE
You have the right to withhold detailed information about your family
composition.
If you do not wish to complete or participate in this registration process,
please click EXIT. If you would like to complete a paper registration form
to register by mail, please go to REGISTER BY MAIL and a registration
form will be mailed to you.
UNDERSTAND that registration is voluntary and free. You are in no way
obligated to participate in preparing your community for emergencies or
disasters and are not obligated to complete registration nor participate in
any emergency preparedness course sponsored by C.H.A.S.T.E. Inc., or
any other agency.
Your only commitment is to yourself, your family and if you choose, to
your community; your community.
